Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Estimated Delivery Times
The majority of orders are dispatched fro us within 24 hours except for items out of stock or Pre-Orders, time frames will be advised. We estimate your order will be delivered to you within the below time period: 

Capital Cities 3 - 7 Days

Other Areas 5 - 12 Days

Days Specified above are Business Days Mon - Fri (excludes Public Holidays) An email will be sent as soon as item is shipped with all relevant Shipping Details, so you can track the delivery. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but these they are not guaranteed. During Sale Events and Christmas additional delays may be experienced. 


PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices 

ADG Toy is able to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.


What if no one is available to sign for the delivery? 

If you are not home to accept delivery Australia Post will leave a calling card or leave via Safe Drop. If you receive a calling card you will need to go to your local Post office to organise collection.
